Contracts include an unlimited number of call outs and all labour charges, however due to the fluctuations in fuel costs we do make a small mileage charge for on site visits. This is agreed with the client before any visits are booked and miles are accurately recorded using Multi Map.

We can even take control of your screen (with permission) and fix the problem in front of your eyes. If required this also educates the user to how the faults have arisen and how to fix the problem should it happen again.


Performance Reporting

Comprehensive reports are compiled to provide a guide to our performance including fixed rates and response times.


Engineering Training
Our support team focus not just on technical expertise but also on customer liaison skills and our training program is ongoing as new products and technology is constantly being released.


Local Engineers

Every effort is made to ensure that the engineer is briefed and equipped on the first visit.

Computerised Service Desk
All support calls are logged and monitored. This ensures that support all calls are dealt with quickly and allows our service managers to oversee their teams workload in order to operate with maximum control and efficiency. It also enables us to inform customers of the current status of their support incident as any progression or communication with the customer is logged as it happens.
